macromedia flash download for vista 64-bit

hi,
im having ALOT of trouble downloading macromedia flash. i need it because i go on stickam.com, and its required, but i have vista 64-bit, and macromedia isnt compatible with it...i really need help. how do i fix this?? i need simple step by step instructions because im not computer savvy at all, so please help me...im stressing out about this and loosing my patience... ]:

TO UNINSTALL FLASH PLAYER:
How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

Download to UNinstall Flash - Adobe Flash Player uninstaller - If Adobe Flash Player fails to install, you can visit the Adobe Flash Player Support Center for help troubleshooting the issue.

TO INSTALL FLASH PLAYER:
Flash can only be installed in a 32-bit browser. Click to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from the Adobe Systems Inc. website.

Install at: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

To install when you only have 64 bit browser (from Adobe website): Flash Player support on 64-bit operating systems

TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS WITH FLASH PLAYER:
Flash Player is located at: Users/USERNAME/Roaming/Adobe/Flash Player, and the installation app plugin installer is located in Downloads.
