Hi all, I don't know if this is in the right forum or not.
I updated to itunes 9.0.2 yesterday and all went fine except that I can no longer use the mini player. When I bring up itunes then hit the minimize button, it shrinks the page and puts it into the system tray but . . . the button functions don't work and it won't restore. I have to right click on the itunes icon (that is also in the system tray) then click 'show itunes' in order to restore to full screen. But the mini player is rendered useless.
I found a solution on the Apple forum - it said the COM interface may not have registered - and I followed the directions (or so I thought) but it didn't fix the problem. It wanted me to locate the itunes.exe file . . . .I can't find that on my computer. I only see \program files\itunes. Where's the .exe file?
If anyone has any input to fix this I'd really appreciate it. I'm not going to uninstall then reinstall itunes, it's not worth the trouble. And I know it's not a huge problem but I'd like to get the mini player working again. Thanks.
