This is my problem: since the latest upgrade of wlm became obligatory, I've been having problems. First of all I cannot install the new version at all (tried 100 times, and 100 solutions, from uninstall to install to everything else it just rolls back nicely. And I belive I have tried to install everything from jonathan.kay 2 - which helped me to get messenger back after being uninstalled but now I cannot sign into my hotmail account. My ID and password were stored on messenger ("remember me option" and "sign in automatically" option), however I receive error code 80048823?? I would love to change the password just to explore that option 2, but the messenger was the way I accessed my account for ages and I cannot recall my secret answers. I really don't know what to do and from what I've seen I am not the only one with this new upgrade problem ...this issue really needs to be resolved. I'm using Vista32. Please help me.
