I cannot open Windows Live Messenger 2009 on my laptop, when I click the icon nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't make any difference.
In the task manager I see msnmsgr.exe running and if I end the process and try to open messenger again nothing happens. This problem began a few weeks ago and I can't find the source of it considering I hardly use the computer and haven't downloaded anything that could be affecting my computer.
All help/suggestions will be appreciated.
