Microsoft Office Professional 2000

I was finally able to load my MS 2000 on Windows Vista Home Premium 64 and it worked fine until a recent update by windows.

Now the program doesn't want to come up. It comes up and says "not responding." I tried restoring back to an older date but this didn't work either. I don't want to have to buy an update because this program cost plenty and I cannot use it on my old computer that died.

Any help available? Thanks, CR

try typing this into the run command panel "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" (without the "") this has worked for me in many situations for outlook 2003 and 2007

Thanks but that didn't do anything. Kept asking for a DVD and when I tried it without a C: or E:, it said it couldn't find it. I tried several variations too. I think I'll try to restore back to an earlier date one more time. Last time I tried it, it said it only partially worked.

If all fails, it is still a warranty problem and I'll call HP.
