os install help
I need some help with the install on a new hard drive. My last one was about to crash, so I purchased a new wd scorpio blue sata 320 gig. I am trying to run the Vista OS home basic edition that came with the computer. I am getting an error code of 1005 and 100a, it shows random during the install. At one time I made it to almost the end before it showed. Can anyone tell me why it is so random and what can I do to fix it? I really would appreciate the help...thanks
