Can't /DeleteRemove a new Number format.

Hi.
I have 32-bit Vista Prem on Apple's Boot Camp. I have an iMac 20" desktop.

I am trying to remove a Number (bullet) format that I created.
I click on the Numbering icon.
I see the format I created.
Initially I tried to delete the format by right clicking on it. Couldn't do that.
Then I "added the format to the Numbering Library".
I rt. clicked on the format under Numbering Library & selected Remove, but the format is still there.

How do I delete this format?

If you are talking about Word, this is what you do. Normally, I would just tell you, but in this case it might be easier if you saw it all yourself.

Upper right hand corner (under the red X) You may see a very little ?. Click on that. Type bullets>turn off automatic bullets numbering.

From you post, I think that you are referring to Word 97. If so, I have the same and that is how it is done. Good Luck
