    Hi

    I have tried downloading software for my new Samsung phone from both the disk and Samsungs website however keep getting the below error. Samsung advise it is a problem within my computer due to software being installed on other computers with no problem. Mcomputer is only 8 monthe old-Vista. Can anyone assist pls?

    Not quite sure if NPSguide.exe is on the phone r PC. but is the cause of this problem

    NPSguide.exe is software that Samsung uses. It gets downloaded from Samsung website / disk onto computer
