I just discovered that in my Control Panel>>Unistall Or Change A Program>>Nothing works in the sense of uninstalling or repairing anything>>this pop up appears an says >>Please wait while the currant program is finished uninstalling or being changed >> now that is real weird>>how do i fix that anyone???? thanks. :eek:

I would check MS knowledge base and also downloads. Look for installer clean up tool. Sometimes it can disconfuse the windows installer.
