The location is not available
c:\Users\aLeX\Music\50 Cent\Pictures\Lakedistrict\Penrith refers to a location that is unavailable. it could be on a hard drive on this computer or on a network.
check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are
connected to the internet or your network and then try again. if it still
cannot be located the information might have been moved to a different
location.

Do not have a clue what it means and starting to panic as have a lots of photos on there of people and places i will never get to see again :(

Really hope sum one can help me PLEASE!!!! :(

Hi and welcome to the forums.

First and foremost check the recycle bin for your pictures, search doesn't index the recycle bin.

If you don't find them in there, which you probably won't, try using a tool such as Recuva.

If you have accidentally deleted them etc. Recuva should be able to find them.

Hopefully this will find those lost files, post back with any results.

Hi Ally, 2 questions come to mind: Have you downloaded any programs or apps (or updates) recently that could have compromised your system? Second, any chance you could be virused, or have been exposed to other malware?

After you've checked these possibilities out, and after you've followed osholt's suggestion, you might also try a System Restore. It's pretty easy, and has saved my behind more times than I care to admit. :o Good luck, and from now on, back up, back up, back up --- so you'll never have this problem again!
