Can't Install any programs!

I can't Install anything. I reinstalled windows at the end of the installation i put in a unicode with my mouse because the keyboard broke. Now I changed the account name but I can't install anything even if I just downoaded it. Is there a way I can Install anything? When I tried to install SilverLight or .Net Framwork 4 it had a error message saying something like "The Filename, Directory name, Volume (soemthing) syntax was incorrect." I'm thinking it has to do something with the directory because of my Unicode Account name. Is there a way to fix this WITHOUT reinstalling windows Again?

You could try doing a system restore (System Restore - How to - Vista Forums) to before you changed the account name and see if that helps.
