Hello degeniuss,
Try this.
Create a new folder on your desktop, copy and paste the contents of both folders to the new folder and try to install from the new folder.

Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.

the problem we have some folders and files are same name.

Try burning a data CD with the 2nd folder. If you look at the installer in the first CD it may be a script you can read. It may look for a particular label on the CD. If so, label the CD you burn to match it. Sometimes it will work, sometimes not. But I had a similar thing with programs that came on the old 5 1/4" floppies that I copied onto 3 1/2". They wanted to see a certain disk label when you put the next disk in. I just had to label the disks with the one it looked for.
