Program suddenly started crashing

A bit of background about the program before I continue. It's called GHTCP (Guitar Hero Three Control Panel). It's used in conjunction with Guitar Hero III for the PC to insert custom songs into the game. For about a year this program was working flawlessly, until one day it crashed and hasn't worked since.

I just started up the program one day and it crashed before it could load up. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, using normal installation and Windows Install CleanUp Utility but nothing worked; it kept crashing. It requires at least .NET Framework 2.0 to function. For a while I thought it was that, but after talking with Microsoft we've come to the conclusion that it's the program and not my .NET Framework.

So I've tried a lot of different things and nothing has worked. I installed Debugging Tools for Windows and debugged the program when it crashed, and here are the text files in a .zip: Crash Logs.zip

Here's the program itself if anyone wants to install it and inspect it: GHTCP_V2.0.zip

Please help. :(

It's not going to be there because it's made by a user at Scorehero.com, not Microsoft. Also, a lot of people at the site who use the program are running Vista or 7. So I'd say it's compatible.

I haven't gotten any support anywhere at all for this. Does somebody want to be my white knight in shining armor and tell me how to fix this garbage or should I just give up?
