delete on uninstallation

Hi ,

i found one issuse in vista 64, when i install any installer(msi) like yahoo or any other,
i saw empty folder get created in 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Yahoo',

but when i uninstall this software , this folder not get deleted,

but ideally this folder should get erased

i notice this happen only in vista 64 , not in vista 32 ??

any one know this thing how to fix ?

some one suggest me to delete from Command prompt but dont want to use this one.

is this known- issuse.
