I sometimes get a LOUD cracking and pop-ing noise from my speaker when connected via HDMI cable to my stereo/tv system. All other sound devices work flawlessly through the stereo, just not media center. I'll be watching a recorded show and then all h___ breaks loose through the speakers. Anyone know what is causing the extreme static/poping noises in WMC?
