Jumpy recording

I tried a Pinnacle PCTV HD pro stick on my x64Vita ultimate. It worked fine except for the recording. When I played it back it "lagged" actually it looked more like the video was jumping due to the saves to the HDD during the recording. My question is: Is this because of the USB tuner or a machine issue? If so do the PCIe cards not do this?

Looking at your system specs I would expect you to be able to view it without any problems.

How up to date are your drivers,and do you get the computer to look for drivers or do you go to Nvidia?

I also notice you only have a single 2Gig stick of Ram, Is that because of the problem installing 64 Bit with too much Ram to start with?

Has it played back correctly in the past?

What program did you use for the recording?
