Vista User deletion and WLM email disappearance

Hello,
I am desperate and hope someone can help.

Background
I had 2 User Accounts - Admin (set up as Administrator) and Me (set up as Ordinary user). I never used Admin (only set it up cos it was advised). In Me account, I used WLM as a mail server to retrieve my Yahoo emails via POP3 and put emails into various local folders manually or via rules and emails were available both on and offline. I don't use WLM Hotmail and only set up an account a few days ago in order to access help info.

What I did
As I didn't use Admin and regularly have permissions probs, I decided to delete it.
I knew emails would be lost so checked for any emails in AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows Live Mail and moved these to the equivalent folder in Me account (there were only a few from way back). Then I made the Me account an administrator and deleted the Admin account.

What happened
When I then opened my WLM, all the folders (which I had set up in my Me account) and all my emails were gone and the SMTP for my Yahoo account had reverted to an old one from 2 years ago.

These folders and emails were not stored the WLM folder of the deleted Admin account. I checked before deleting the account and have just checked again using ShadowExplorer software recommended in another post in this forum. They were not there.

So....
I don't think my emails, folders and account settings were deleted with the account but they're no longer available. That's two years of my life....friends, volunteer committee business and work.... How sad is that to say that!

Can anyone tell me where they've gone and if I can get them back? Pls, pls, pls
Thanks for your help

My Computer

Welcome
Sorry about your problem
System restore does not bring back personal documents, but this may be a special case
Use system restore to a point 2 days before the problem and you removed the mail
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html
If that does not work, use the computer as little as possible and try this
DiskDigger | Undelete and recover photos, documents, music, videos, and more!
No one has had a better answer for 14 hours, I suggest that you give mine a try.

Be sure to go back far enough before you removed the email
