adobe flash player 10 activex???

im haveing some problems with my adobe fp 10, the other day i was tring to watch a video and it said i need 2 install the latest adobe. i tried 2 and when i did, it said u already have the latest, so i tried 2 update and nothing, i was thinkiing mayb uninstall, then reinstall, i understand that can b a lil tricky, so if any1 has some direction for me on this issue id b very greatful. o yea in the programs and functions area were adobe is it has no size listed, all the othjer ones do.

o yea 1 more thing, what is the active x all about, idk much about that

I recommend going to FileHippo.com, a trusted 3rd party site. If you're installing Flash for Internet Explorer (or even Firefox!, where it's usually a pain,) you can search for the "Non-IE" version.

Either way, you can save either one to your desktop and double-click and follow a simple wizard to install, no DLM or GetPlus/GetRight DLM necessary.

As for uninstallation, refer to the KB article above or, if absolutely necessary, Revo Uninstaller Pro offers trial versions; no need for an "advanced" uninstall, as you could possibly snag necessary Adobe components. Try a "safe" uninstall and remove leftovers.

yea i kinda expected that answer about the activex, lol im going to try the uninstall then install, do u think i really need activex on adobe, im not sure what to do about that 1?

well i have another small question for u. is there any way to update my drivers for free? all these places say free but in the end they say u have to buy this if u want the problm fixd. and i found out my ram only has 1 gb, it needs more does it not?

Ram do you need more, probably not as your computer works. Should you have more that depends, if you computer can handle more then yes. 1 GB is about the minimum, just to run the OS etc. If you do buy more ram. Dont just buy one stick, that is called mix and match. If you want to get 1 more GB go out and buy 2 at once. Dont believe the stuff like you can use crucial.com to find the perfect match; dont mix and match.

one more lil question to a poundering mind, the adobe flash player 10 activex, is not showing any size in the programs and features, list, should that b a cause for alarm?

Something that I did not really think about much. Should not be a problem, since I do not have it either; Windows 7 Home Premium.
