installed itunes, idk

ok i istalled itunes, after install computer woulndnt hardly move, i noticed it didnt install right, parts of the pages were ran together, so then i uninstalled, still messed up, only other thing i could think of was restore point did that, windows update and everything, still slow, i mean slow like, a page will pop up in three diff frgments, can any1 help me out?

You need to do a System Restore - not create a system restore point.

Do you know when this problem began? Try a System Restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem began. Here's the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-system-restore-how.html. Be sure to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points. If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two. NOTE: You will have to re-install any software and updates you installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for the updates.

Hello jasond19 I would do that, do a complete system restore after that then I would make a restore point before you do anything else. I would uninstall any bloat ware the stuff your not going to use. While you are doing a system restore make sure you disable the internet and any other devices that are external, leave your mouse, monitor, keyboard if your computer is a desktop and that's all you leave on. I hope this helps a little.

If it were me, I would do the anti virus check, download and run malwarebytes
If these are negative I would do a Clean boot, to try and find and fix the cause.
Then go with System Restore if the above two do not provide a solution

Hi Jason, I noticed that your system specs list this: Graphics Card acer p191w @ 1280/1024 standard vga graphics adapter.

I would consider installing your graphics card, might help with most problems you are having
