WMP cannot find file

So everytime i try to upload a video from a website the media player does not do it and shows this message: WMP cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the itm might point to a file that has been moved, renamed or deleted. I have no idea what that means or what i should do...any solutions or suggestions?

You can try an alternative
Apple - QuickTime - Download
or make sure that you have the updates
Cumulative update for Windows Media Player 11 in Windows Vista

Then again, the cause may not be WMP, could be that your OS has corruption
Try and SFC
