Imported files in Nero 10 don't play video

I have Nero 10 and I'm trying to use Nero Vision to get about 5 files that I recorded with a camcorder onto a disc. I want it to play on a TV so I selected DVD disc and when I import the file I get audio but no video, for all of them. They play fine on the hard-drive with both audio and video but in Nero Vision there's only audio. The files are .MP4. If anyone has a known fix I'd appreciate it.

Perhaps the manual will help. I read through it and there are a number of things that need to be done to make a viewable DVD (and it also depends on whether the device is supported - it provides a list of supported devices). Here's where to download it: Nero - Nero - customer service and technical support.

I can't find anything in the manual, could you think of anything else? I need this done soon.

Try contacting them on the chat line I gave you a link for. It's free. They know much more about their products than we do and should be able to assist you quicker and faster. Post back if they are of no help, but unless someone here uses the product, I'm not sure anyone will be able to help as much as they can with this issue as there were no articles about it on the web site and although I read the process in the manual, apparently that didn't help to solve the problem.
