PowerPoint Icon switch

I don't know how this happen, but I have somehow switched the icons for my PowerPoint files. My 2007 presentations are using the older icon, and my "97-2003" files are displaying the new icon. Please help me fix this. It has been bugging me for months!

I think it is also interesting that the file "type" for ppt 2007 is "PPTX file", and the file type for the older version is "Microsoft Office PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation". I wonder if they are supposed to be displayed this way because Word isn't like that. Word 2007 file types say "Word 2007 Document", and 97-2003 files say "DOC files". Are they supposed to be like that?
