Hello and welcome to the forum.

Lets find out what version you have.

Click start...
Right click on computer...
Then left click on properties...
Look towards the top center and it will tell you if you have 23 or 64 bit.

What was the reason that you reloaded vista in the first place, it might have been easer to do a restore. Here is some info for you.

When things like this happenes we all ask that you do the following...

Run a full Anti-Virus scan...
Download free version of malwarebytes and run a full scan...

I would also ask you to do the following to see if there is a problem...

Run a sfc /scannow here is the instructions...

After running the sfc if there is a problem then run it 3 times as this can fix a lot of issues with ytour system, plus after the sfc is run upload a copy so we can look for any issue's. If there is a problem with the sfc and you don't know how to retrive the sfc report we will help you.

When you say you just Re-loaded vista, did you attempt a recovery or did you reformat the hard drive and do a full install. If you had some problems before and you reloaded then what your doing is reloading on top of what was already there which can cause some problems. Could you give us a little more info...
