Co create instance of yahoo dll failed

i have got many prblems in installing yahoo n its ma billionth attempt
i tried all
uninstalled, cleared all cookies and registries n keys by Reg edit, reinstalled and while updating as a last option
i get such error

First you need to do a full AV scan, make dure upto date.
