Hi,
I have been annoyed by an Excel 2007 vertical scroll bar that is so small that has virtually disappeared.
This is true in two of my seven workbooks that are essentially identical. I tried some of the schemes that I found via Google search with no success.
Here is a technique that worked for me:
With the workbook maximized; Put the cursor at the top right corner of the spread sheet. This is the area just below the double down arrow which is "Expand Formula Bar" and to the right of the X to close the sheet. Move it around until it turns into a double headed arrow pointing at 45 degrees into the sheet. Drag it toward the center of the sheet and the scroll bar re-appears. It may take some patience to get the two headed scroll bar but it can be done.
