No, do not use it. You are looking for trouble. It is your computer and you should do the optimization yourself and know what is being done. Often times this kind of software causes problems

Thanks so much rich I was very hesitant in the first place because Shawns tuts are so thorough and this came form a bloke I recommended the tuts to.
