ccleaner not deleting all files

hello everyone

when i use CCleaner to delete my files all the files are not being deleted, can anyone
explain why and what i should do

when i said files are not being deleted, they are but I have to keep clicking the
run cleaner button a lot of times, sometimes 8 or 9 sometimes more before they delete.
Is this normal to delete all files.

It could be a cache or temp file that is still currently in use by some program or Windows, and is why it seems like it's not getting deleted but actually is just being used still adding to it's size. It's nothing to worry about.
