Solved I need help reinstalling windows vista without a cd

I've had many problems on this toshiba laptop that i just can't pinpoint them.
I've been searching on the internet how to reinstall windows vista without a cd but i get no good results. And i'm in a place with no install cds. Any luck getting this os reinstalled without a cd? :huh:

Welcome
If you purchased the computer with Vista installed there is a good chance by using the restoration partition.
With a Toshiba
press, during boot, 0 (zero key) or F8 - Access Toshiba hidden partition.
