ADI 198x Driver For Vista Business X64

hi all,

i can't seem to find the right Driver for Dell Precision 470 Sound driver (supposed to be ADI 198X by Dell support page) to work with Vista Business X64.
not in ADI site nore at DriverGuide

did someone found working driver?

it is allways like that, after 2 hours of searching the web and 10 minuts after posting the question, you manage to find what you need and make it work on you're own.

there it is for all of you that may have the same problem
