Hi,
I have a laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium installed on it and it is two weeks old. When I downloaded YM the first time it worked all fine, but then I downloaded some movie coedcs and my voice doesn't work anymore. The actual problem is in the speakers, the speakers don't seem to work with it. I have tried a couple of things with downloading DSP codec or something and it still won't work. The only impovement I have now is that I don't get the "make sure your speakers are connected".
Also in system I have two different speakers installed, they're both named Realtek High Definition Sound something and the last one doesn't seem to work. It says that there's some kind of error code 10 or something. But at the same time WMP and YouTube and all other things with sound seem to work, but not Yahoo.
Anyone has any suggestion? Please help me!!!!!
Edit: Never mind, I figured this out myself. The reason for this to happen was that I had changed the standard format on the setting under the advanced category of sound in control panel and as soon as I pushed the standard button it started working! Gosh, I feel so stupid now
