Vista Ultimate x64

Hi,
I have a Audigy 2 ZS, which has the nice feature of calibrating your 5.1 speaker in WinXP. (Unfortunately my speakers is not positioned in the perfect location in my room...so I need this calibration.). However, it looks like Creative is not supporting this feature in Vista x64. Therefore, I'm in the market of looking for a new sound card for my Vista x64. I'm thinking about Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Professional Series or possibliy a X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Series . I wonder if any of these sound cards or maybe some other sound cards has the speaker calibration feature avaiable in Vista x64? Thanks. |

I assume you're talking about adjusting the gain on each speaker individually (adding or subtracting decibels). In that case, I'm able to do it under the THX Console that came with my X-Fi XtremeGamer. It's the base-line, cheaper version of the card, so I assume the better ones will be able to do it just fine.
