| Newbie Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Quick Vista x64 Realtek HD sound question New Vista user here. I've recently upgraded my pc to Vista x64 and have a question regarding my new Realtek HD sound chip, ALC889A. When in games, should I set audio to hardware or software processing? Also, should I always disable EAX? I'm assuming I have to enable DTS Connect for 5.1 in games and programs. Thanks! |

Only change the settings if a particular game doesn't work correctly. |
