| Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 | Volume meter in Sound Properties Hi guys, Today I noticed that the little volume meter next to each device under "Recording Devices" (Right-click your little speaker in the task bar and select Recording Devices) has disappeared. I know it disappeared either today or yesterday. I haven't done anything that could have messed with it. Do you guys know how I can get it back? Thanks |

| Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 | Re: Volume meter in Sound Properties Thanks for your reply, I followed your advice but that didn't fix anything. Is there a registry setting that you may know of for this? |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Volume meter in Sound Properties Well Spd2Last, The next thing to try is to do a System Restore using a restore point dated before this problem happened to hopefully fix the problem. Shawn |

| Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 | Re: Volume meter in Sound Properties I've never had any faith at all in System Restore as it had never worked for me in any flavor of XP, but Vista's 2 for 2 now. It worked, but I would love to know what it was that happened to have taken away my meters. Thank you again for the help. |
