Vista - itunes, can't burn cd

Hi all, have just got into itunes and can't burn cd. I get message that reads "Can not burn cd. An unknown error has occured."

Can burn music with Media Player using my own library with no problems.

Seems there alot of people who have this same problem, mostly with Dell.

I don't use iTunes for burning. I would suggest either Imgburn or Burrrn!

Thanks for the info, seems I am a bit stuck now as I have no idea how to burn using Imgburn or Burrn!, this computer stuff is pretty new to me, once things get compicated I am stuffed....thanks again,

Burrrn! is pretty easy, but then again so is Imgburn while it is much more advanced.

To burn with Burrrn! I think you can just drag and drop your files into the queue...

...it's been a while since I've used it since Imgburn took up audio support. Both programs are free, but Imgburn is a full featured burn engine which can also burn image files and video files as well as data.
