My computers integrated sound card have worked with no problems for 7 months. Now i try to connect sony Hi fi center witch is also working perfectly, the problem is that jack sensing on the back panel is no longer working, only two ports of 6 pop up and gives me to choose what i have connected (but gives no sound), others dont react no mater what i plug in: microfone, headphones, other line out cables.
I have tried to reinstall the drivers, enable disable all of the audio devices, The strangest thing is that front panel is working perfectly.

Only thing I can possibly suggest is to turn off front panel jack sensing and see if it works....

I tried it and that doesn't help. So probably my motherboard is broken?

Disabling the Auto Detect on the front jack <I can't believe this> WORKED! I spent almost 8 hours debugging this... needle in a haystack.

Using an ASUS M3878 Motherboard with VIA HD Audio Deck.

Updated drivers (all 4 versions, in order)
Uninstalled devices
Reinstalled software and original chipsets
Tested jacks, and motherboard connections, combinations

All multiple times! and here all I had to do is disable the friggin thing...
