| Vista Ultimate 32 Bit | Weird audio jack issue. So I've got a relativly new sony vaio that I just upgraded to Windows Vista. I've gotten through my fair share of upgrade issues such my wireless fix, display fix, among others. But I am STUMPED on this audio jack issue. I can get sound out of my laptop speakers fine - I'm listening to Ludo right now. And I can plug into my home speaker system and get no music. I can go into the sounds panel for Vista and hit the test button and the test sound comes out crystal clear from the home speaker system, but for some reason I can't get any music to play out. So, I can get music playing through my sony, and when the line is connected to the jack at the same time, I an get test sounds through my home system. Is this not super weird? BTW - I'm running Vista Ultimate. |
