| Vista x64 Home Premium | X-Fi XtremeMusic No Sound I am running an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ on a DFI LanParty NF4 mb with 2gb ram, a Nvidia 7800 GT and a X-Fi XtremeMusic sound card that just will not work. I have the card installed and everything seems to be working properly, just no sound comes out of the card... Here's a screenshot showing that everything is installed and working properly,  I have tried everything I can find to get this to work and nothing has yet, I have tried every driver I can find including the most up to date ones, tried disabling the onboard sound, uninstalling the onboard drivers, using driver sweeper to clear the drivers every time I change them. Tried changing slots for the sound card, tried fresh install of vista, nothing seems to work. If anyone can shed some light on the situation it would be great PS. I know the card works because it works great on Xp 64 bit and regular 32 bit. |
