How do I disable Sound Acceleration in Vista?

There isn't any option through Diaxdag to turn Sound Acceleration down to 'Standard' like with XP. I'm getting constant crashing in games (Oblivion) and this seems to be a main fix.

Is there anyway to change to 'Standard' Sound Acceleration on Vista 64?

Hello,

The best I could find was a thread here that talked about the same topic:

If that doesn't help your situation, please let us know and we'll do more research.
