| vista home premium 32bit | Speech Recognition could not start! my speech recognition tool does not start and I need an urgent solution. It says" speech recognition could not start... bla bla bla" and when I go to the Advanced Speech options to correct it, it tells me the necessary engine could not be created. Somebody please help me!!! |
