What audio compressor should I use?

I use the Camera Assistant Software to record class lectures. Under the audio tab I have the option to choose a audio compressor. I want to preserve the sound quality as much as possible. Is there a significant difference between one or the other? Which is the best option?

The following are the choices I am given
IMA ADPCM
PCM
Microsoft ADPCM
GSM 6.10
DV Audio - NTSC
DV Audio - PAL
Messenger Audio Codec
CCITT A-Law
CCITT u-Law

My System SpecsSystem Spec
