Vista - Having Sound Problems

All of a sudden my sound quit working.
I tryed a cold boot and it didnt work, so i then check the Volume Mixer and it showed the speakers working but the media player was not. Tryed a web browers on you tube and same results.
I then checked the driver and its working fine.
Also tryed 2 different set of speakers and still no sound.

Anyone help?
