When ever i get a balloon pop up (bottom right, notification area), i don't hear any sound.
I have went into my sound options and checked, and the sound is there, and works just fine when i preview. I have also tried different Ultimate Extras sound schemes, both of them have the same problem.
When a balloon pops up on the bottom right, i don't hear anything.
I have found some other people experiencing the same issue, but i haven't found a solution.
