| Vista Home Premium | Recording music on a Laptop Hi. I don't know where to start. I thought this would be easier! I'm a bit of a technophobe and need someone to explain to me from scratch what I need (Hardware/software) to start recording myself on my laptop. I was confused before but now Vista seems to make it worse as nothing goes with it! I guess I need some software (which?), some sort of audio/firewire thingy (?!!) I only want to do it acoustically and keep it as simple as possible. Will I need a special microphone too? Can anyone help me in anyway? Technology makes me want to cry!! ![]() Lanugo x |
