Vista - audio dosen't works..sound "buzz...buzz.." came out when start pc

i need a help..
i am a new user vista ultimate x64..
my problem is when i turn on my pc, my audio dosen't works properly and it sound likes "buzz..buzz.." when windows start,play movies or everthing that need sound.

i am using asus M2A-VM motherboard..
i already install the latest update of my motherboard driver..but i still got this problem..

can anyone help me???

Hello awieweng, and welcome to the Vista Forums

As a work around you may want to try this ...

Control Panel - Hardware and Sound select the default output device (speakers) and properties - on the enhancements tab there should be an option to "disable all sound effects" select this and OK out of the dialogue. you may need to re-boot but see if your sound is now better.

if it is then you have a known issue with WMP and certain set-ups MS is aware of the problem and are "working on it" so hopefully it will be fixed soon
