| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Volume on Notebook Reverts to Zero Recently I purchased an Acer Aspire 6530 Notebook for University. However without notice or indication the volume lowers itself, eventually to zero. If one increases the volume it will only revert to zero. According to Direct X Diagnostic there is no issue with the hardware so im stumped. I contacted Acer about the issue, who indicated it may be a clash of software and suggested a recovery to factory settings - which i did, twice but to no avail. This only hindered the problem and it has arisen once more. Any help would be appreciated. EDIT: My apologies if this is the incorrect forum. Last edited by Nefarious; 01-23-2009 at 07:02 PM.. |
