Vista - Skype-Mic problem with SB X-Fi

As you can see from the title I have a problem with Microphone using Skype (and in general I think - just won't work in Win either).
I can hear the other side, but they can't hear me.

I have Creative SB X-Fi and using Windows Vista Ultimate x64.

Not sure if it's relevant but on the back of the computer there is four ports (places to plug in the headset - pardon my english) to plug in my headset: two green ones (light green where my speakers are plugged in when I'm not using headset and a bit darker green if I'm not mistaken), one pink and one blue.

As I did before, I unplug the speakers and plug in the green end from my headset instead the speakers and the pink (microphone) end into the pink port in my sound card, but microphone just isn't working (the other side can't hear me).



From the pic you can see how my sound settings is looking (my headset is not plugged in in the pic). If I plug in the headset with phones in light green port and mic in pink settings look the same. If I plug in the headset with phones in light green and mic in blue says Microphone (first from the top) "working", but still they can't hear me in Skype.
I don't even know what is the difference between Microphone and Microphone FP.

I just can't get the Microphone work.
