Windows Media player, Error Code C00D11D2

I get this error code, when i connect my mp3 player to the computer.
it says that " I cannot access file " and i need to have appropriate access to it, however i don't know how to change the settings for these problems.
I am wondering if anyone can help me with my problem.

There may be something wrong with DCOM access rights.

Start Windows\System32\dcomcnfg.exe. Scroll down to the DCOM configuration. Check all the security entries in the Windows Media Player entries (right click, Properties, Security tab).

May be you also have to check these entries in AudioModule and AudioPlayer.
