Vista - Sound Broadcasting

Okay, so after loads of 'google'ing i just cant seem to find a solution to this!

I broadcast on justin.tv but i want to start a second channel. ATM i use the stereo mix to get sound from webcammax to justin.tv. this works well but has two problems.

1. if i want to use my computer whilst broadcasting i cant do anything else on my comp that involves sound because it will be broadcast on justin

2. i cant run two channels or more because there is no way of making the sound of two different instances of webcammax without them both being mixed together.

What i am looking for is a way to take the sound from one program and turn it into an audio output that justin.tv or ustream will recognise. For example on one of my channels i want sound just coming from say webcammax and on the other the sound coming from VCam.

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
