PC Speakers with more that one input?

Anyone one know of a good 2.1 or 5.1 speaker set up that would also have an optical input with out going over $200?

Maybe looking for something to use for PC speakers and XBOX 360.

ive only seen one on my travels but its in the UK and im sure creative sell them overseas,
Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Soundcard. it has 7.1, front panel controls, optical in and out, and its a nice tasty £134 which is about $200
