Need uacbflt.sys for Win 7 64-Bit (Philips USB Sound System)

Hello!
I've the Philips MCM530 Micro System to listen music from the PC over USB. My Problem is that Philips has no driver for this System for Windows Vista.
I've managed to install the XP driver, which needs the uacbflt.sys which comes with XP and Vista x32 (and maybe with Vista x64 but not with Windows 7 x64). But now I've tested to install the driver in Windows 7 x64. After changing the .inf file to x64 compatible, i need the uacbflt.sys file for x64 Version.
Can someone with XP x64 or Vista x64 check, if he has the uacbflt.sys file in the Path C:\Windows\system32\drivers\uacbflt.sys and send it to me if it is there?
Or does someone know, where I can download this file?

PS: The uacbflt.sys is a Driver for the Micronas UAC3556B Chip

Thanks

As Attachment I've added the .inf File for the x32 and x64 Version and the x32 .sys file. If someone has problems to install the System on his Vista x32 do the following:
Choose the Philips Device under the USB-Section in your Device Manager and update the Driver manually by choosing the .inf file. If you get an error, check if the file C:\Windows\system32\drivers\uacbflt.sys exists, if not, copy it to this path. Every time, when you reconnect the device, you have to update the driver like mentioned above. Good Luck :-)

Hi,

I have the same problem since I'm with Windows 7 x64.
With Vista x32, I used this driver (Philips Composite USB-Hifi Device) and if someone ask : you have to install musicmatch with philipsremote.exe so you don't have to do it everytime.

But with Windows 7 x64, the driver didn't work. Thanks to you, now Windows shows the driver as it is x64 compatible but the installation doesn't work (encoutered an error during the installation, a "section" of the INF file is not correct).

Could you please post here if you have the solution ?
You say you need the uacbflt.sys for x64 version. I have one in Windows 7 x64 but I guess you have it too and you are looking for a Vista version.
The file is located in system32/drivers (not a folder like system64 ? or something ?), I can ask on forums if they have this file.

I hope you will be able to solve this problem, you gave me hope with this x64 compatible INF file ;)

PS : Sorry for my english, I do my best.
